- Partner drills as a basic tool
- Entrances & variants of trapping actions from JKD and Wing Chun
- Asking for the hands training (Bruce Lee)
- Entrances and transitions to other distances
- Completion of the choreography "Trapping" with the transition to lever - throwing techniques, Knees, elbows or other martial arts actions
- Footage for analysis

Instructor: Thomas Schubert
Graduate sports scientist and communication trainer and trained in the martial arts of Judo, Karate, Wing Tsun, Eskrima, Wing Tai and Fencing. He worked as a lecturer for stage combat at the UdK Berlin and is a choreographer and stuntman for combat scenes in film and theater productions.
